Our Service Department schedule is simple: drop your bike off at your convenience and get it back in 24 hours*. 

Tune-Ups. Custom Wheel-builds. Custom Bike Builds. Suspension Service. Everything in-between

Our Service is straightforward: We treat your bicycle like it is our personal bike. We give you our best on every bike. We repair your bicycle in 24 hours (unless we have to order parts). Our basic bicycle service average cost is from $65-$90. We do not offer "service packages" also called "tune-ups" because we do not think that they benefit the customer. When you arrive we will go through your bike and show you what needs to be attended to. We price your repair based on what the bike needs. We fix your bike and only charge for the repairs we do. It is an A La Carte approach that allows you to choose the service package that works for you.

We do custom builds. We make parts when needed, and we work on everything from department store bikes, to $15,000 carbon dream machines. Our experienced service department has built thousands of wheels. In short, if you can dream it, we can probably help make it reality, or fix it.
